She was predeceased by: her daughter Beverly; and her brother Warren. She is survived by: her friends, Don Chapman and Johnnie Chapman; her husband Snuffy; her children, Luanne Smith (Austin Pratt) of Eugene, Oregon and Sam Smith (Donna Bruder-Smith) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Brittlyn White, Ryan White, Zoe Pratt, Alexandra Brink and Zachery Smith; and her great grandchildren, Jake, Jaxson and Ian.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to CEF of Pennsylvania, 105 W. Mahoning St., Suite 305, Punxsutawney.
