She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie G. Aul (Nichols) and Glenn F. Aul; her husband James Edward Kaza; her brothers, Edward, Ernest and Earl Aul; her siblings-in-law, Peg Kaza, Anna Shaffer, George Kaza, Richard Shaffer and Frank Orsich; her nephew John Orsich; and her niece Susie Shaffer.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard E. Kaza (Deborah) of Punxsutawney, Kenneth J. Kaza of Punxsutawney and Jeffrey S. Kaza (Janice) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Chad Kaza (Jenny), Kelly Jo Kaza (John), Derk Kaza, Jeremey Kaza (Jen), Jason Kaza (Laurissa), Julena Kaza (Mike Himes) and Justine Kaza (Tyler Rushnok); her great grandchildren, Brylie, Wyatt Kaza and Logan Kaza; and her siblings-in-law, Isabelle Aul, Alice Orsich, Virginia Frano, Janie Pokerjack, Marie Aikens, Jan Aul, Monsignor Charles Kaza and George Pokerjack.
