Perkins; her daughters, Debbie Kotula (Ron) of Herndon, VA, Pam Hartman (Garry) of Port St and Carla Krucelyak (Mike) of Punxsutawney; and her grandchildren, Scott Baillie (Andrea), Wendy Lewis, Mark Hartman, Nicole Boring (Joseph Kruse) and Brian Krucelyak. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
