He is survived by: his children, Troy Williams (Tammy) of Punxsutawney and Sheila Jefferson of Middletown; his sister Janice Means of Valier; and his grandchildren, Dustin Williams (Brandy Conners) of Monroeville, Megan Williams of Punxsutawney, Terrance Jefferson of Middletown and Alexis Jefferson of Middletown.
