He is survived by: his mother Emogene Manners of Winnemucca; his brother Stephen Manners; his wife Tasha of Grange, PA; his siblings, Becky Jensen and Kenneth Manners; his wife Joni of Punxsutawney, PA; his brothers, Sam Manners of Winnemucca, NV and Delbert Manners; and his nieces and nephews, Sean, Derick, Lucas Jensen of Utah, Carrie Ford and Raymond Manners of Punxy.
