He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald McIsaac and Lydia McIsaac; his brother Robert; his children, Jennifer and Bruce; and his stepsons, Jeffery and Tim King.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his grandchildren, Justin Wilkinson (Wendy) and Olivia MacIsaac; his great grandchild Hannah Wilkinson; his stepchildren, Sue Neufeld and Todd Neufeld; his brother Malcolm McIsaac; and his nephew Robert McIsaac.

“We were deeply saddened to see the news of Uncle Don’s passing. He lived a long and fulfilling life that was punctuated by both great compassion and joyful laughter. I had the good fortune to spend significant time with my Dad’s older brother when I was young and the sense of joy he found in small things would light up a room. The impact he had on those around him was significant, which will remain with us always. Spending time together on recent birthdays was a great gift to us all.”
