He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Andrew Weaver and Sara Weaver (Pearce); his siblings, Theodore, Robert Weaver, Annamae Hiles and Sally Collins; and his wife Patricia Weaver.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Weaver (Pam) and David A. Weaver; his great grandchild Adrianna Means of Punxsutawney; and his grandchildren, Tonya Lisbon and Justin Wolfersberger.
