He is survived by: his wife Janet Phillips; his children, William Phillips (Charlene), Eddie Sr. Phillips (Kelly), Joseph Phillips, Duane and Kristen Phillips; his grandchildren, Nick, Nate, Eddie Jr. Phillips (Kelly), Chad Phillips (Katie), Scott Phillips (Lindsay) and Kayla Smith (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Sage Burkett, Finnlee Phillips and Cole Phillips.
