She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Bouch and Emily Bouch-Lingenfelter (Strawcutter); her daughter Tina Parsell; and her siblings, Wilber Bouch, James Bouch, Deborah Vandervort and Judy Bowser.
She is survived by: her sons, Randal Bouch (Susan) of Reynoldsville and Robert Parsell of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Krisy Stiver, Brittany Bouch, Stephen Bouch, Brandon Parsell, Travis Parsell and Jordan Parsell; her great grandchildren, Maddex Bouch, Cadnan Bouch and Titan Bouch; and her sister Beverly Killian of Punxsutawney.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society in care of the breast cancer department.
