He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Olen Brocious and Bonnie Jean Brocious (Geist); and his brothers-in-law, Paul "Butch" Miller and Tom Brandt. He is survived by: his close friend Howie Goss; his son Bradley Brocious (Amber) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Dannika and Jett Brocious; his siblings, Douglas Brocious (Jennifer) of Ringgold, Sharon Johnson (Pete) of Girard, Kathy Miller of Erie, Cindy Brandt of Erie and Carol Adams (Denny) of Dora; his nephew Jeff Miller; and his pet Auggie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
