She is survived by: her husband Donald Glenn Costello; her children, Shawn Michael Costello and Lisa Marie Gilliam; her grandson Gabriel Michael Gilliam; and her siblings, Louis Bonicalzi (Beth Shaffer) and Sandra Crouse (Eddie).

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Hahne Cancer Society, 100 Hospital Ave., DuBois, PA 15801.
