He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wells and Ida Wells (Johnston). He is survived by: his wife Lila Bair; his sons, Charles Wells Jr. (Sandy) of Perry, OH, Daryl Wells (Terri) of Madison, OH and Edward Wells (Amber) of Manchester, MO; and his stepchildren, Mark Adams (Penny) of Lewiston, NY, Lisa Colpoys of Punxsutawney and John Adams (Staci) of Mifflintown, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
