He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. and Alda M. Goss (Stewart); and his siblings, Paul Goss, Bernon Goss, Dewey "Buck" Goss, Ernest Goss, Dorothy Bingaman, Vivian Wright and Shelvy Jean Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Goss of Clarksville, Debra Anderson of Grand Island, Kimberly Minudo of Batavia, David Goss of Lancaster and Signa Gundlach of Las Vegas; and his significant other Patricia Pepperman of Punxsutawney. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be forwarded to the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd., P.O. Box 137, Hillsdale, PA 15746 for Cecil's funeral expenses.
