She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Leroy Burkett and Lelila Hope Burkett (Miller); and her brother Clarence Burkett. She is survived by: her husband William Arthur Wagner; her son Allen Powell of Brookville; her stepdaughter Debra Fiscus (Brian) of Gibsonia; and her grandchildren, Luke Fiscus, Taylor Fiscus and Tera Powell.
