He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Barnett; his daughter Amanda Beatty; his sister Tammy Sutter; and his niece Chelsey Sutter. He is survived by: his children, Dulton Smith (Stephanie Shick) and Shania Davis (Devin); and his grandchildren, Jack Smith and Paxton Davis.
