She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Berkey and Hazel Berkey (Barnett); her husband Art; and her siblings, Imogene "Sis", David, Clyde, Howard and Harold Berkey.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Morgan, Alyssa Blythe, Michael, Cassie Cook, Jameson, Elise Metz, Mackenzie and Madi Barr; and her siblings, Pauline "Jane" Shirey, Betty Cukanna, Elsie Young and Paul "Jim" Berkey. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, brother, sisters, nieces and nephews and her wonderful friends.
