She was predeceased by: her husband Howard L. Berkey; and her brothers, Leroy Miller and Paul Miller. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Berkey of Punxsutawney and Bruce Berkey (Melissa) of Punxsutawney; her grandsons, Owen O'Harra and Donovan O; and her siblings, Sam Miller (Kay) of Punxsutawney, John Miller of Punxsutawney, Ellen Miller and Betty Stahlman (Tom) of Emerickville.
