He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Lingenfelter King (Mann) and Neff Parnell Lingenfelter; his former wife Deanna; his brothers, Robert, Ronald and Richard Lingenfelter; and also Deanna Lingenfelter (Chapman).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lingenfelter (Roseman-Smith); his children, Dr. Kyle Lingenfelter (Suzanne) of Punxsutawney and Stacey Kopnitsky (Dale) of Columbia, MD; his stepchildren, David Smith of Punxsutawney, Julie Dickey (Mike) of Punxsutawney and Daniel Smith (Mindy) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Taylor Kopnitsky (Katlyn), Austin Kopnitsky, Nathan Lingenfelter and Mia Lingenfelter; his stepgrandchildren, Zak Dickey, Alyson Dickey, Alexis Serian, Tiana Smith Snyder, Janessa Smith Geer, Isaiah, Olivia and Adin Bish; his great grandchild Eleanor Kopnitsky; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Natalie and Maya Snyder; his brother Bruce Lingenfelter; and his stepsister Claudia Marchese (Tony).
