She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Caleb, Elijah Keith, Grace, Abi-Gail and Savannah Keith; and her siblings, Phil Hetrick, Chet Hetrick, Ken Hetrick, Jerry Hetrick, Eugene Smith, Roger Grubbs, Kate Campbell, Tina Smith, Lyndell Holtz and Debbie Snyder. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
