He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Elmer Miller and Eleanor June Miller (Kennedy); and his sister Debra Frye. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his stepson Bud Carlson of Punxsutawney; his nephew J. B. Frye (Samantha) of Punxsutawney; his great-nephew Brady; and his pet Lucy.
