She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph C. Roth and Hazel M. Roth (Sturdevant); and her brother Verne Roth. She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Hartzell; and her children, Mark Hartzell (Diana) of New Castle and Sydney K. O'Neill (Timothy) of Pawley. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
