With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Andrews of Pulaski, Pennsylvania, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel A. Butler and Lois Woods Butler; her husband Melvin L. "Roy" Andrews; her sons, Donald and Peter Forsman; and her granddaughter Nic Capps.
She is survived by: her children, Ken of New Brighton, Allen R. Forsman of New Brighton, Barbara E and Chris D. (John Capps). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; two brothers as well as several nieces and nephews.
