She was predeceased by: her parents, Papapetros Nicolaou and Presvytera Sotira; her son-in-law Gary Menhorn; her siblings, Modestos, Andriani, Revekka, Maria, Yiannis, Kyriaki, Xristallou and Panayiotis; and her husband John Mela.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Stevens (Steve) of Elyria, Sandra Menhorn of Copley, Nick Mela (Sotira) of Boardman and Andrew Mela (Darlene) of Hayward; her grandchildren, Nicholas Stevens, Madalene Stevens, Michael Stevens, John Mela, Chrsitopher Mela and Joylene Mela; and her great grandchildren, Jimmy Stevens, Mary Stevens, Eileen Mela and Johanna Stevens. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
