She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Eleanor Smith (Wade). She is survived by: her pet Sweetie; her adoptive son Donald J. Lloyd (Dee) of Pulaski; her brother Frank E. Smith; and her grandson Kenny Clark.
