Plunkard (Pulaski, Pennsylvania), born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 27, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Plunkard Sr. and Thelma Plunkard (Hoover); and his sister Anita Copeland (Plunkard). He is survived by: his wife Linda Plunkard (Overly) of Pulaski; his children, Melissa Kline (Gary), Sam Plunkard (Megan) and Eric Carothers (Brandi); his grandchildren, Taylor, Brooke, Hannah, Ian, Clara, Zachery and Alexis; and his siblings, Brenda Plunkard (Kenny Jones), George Plunkard (Carol) and Ron Plunkard (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in James' memory to the American Legion Riders of Grove City or any military.
