He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toy and Anna Quear Toy; and his siblings, Robert Toy and Joyce Fortney. He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Cornwell; and his children, Robert Toy (Sharon), Sandra Smith, James Toy, William Toy (Stephanie) and Cheryl Hoffman. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16101). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
