He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Leroy Mooney and Mary Mooney (Durich); his wife Christine Mooney (Speigle); his siblings, Rita Camp, Bertha Bable, Patricia Rae and Donald "George" Mooney; his children, Thomas (Ann Mooney), Economy Borough and Melissa; his son-in-law James Spiker; his stepson Nicholas Bobish (Tiffany) of East Liverpool, OH; his grandchildren, Michael Radatovich, Bailey Harper, Peyton Mooney, Devin Finney, Brennan Bobish and Nicholas Bobish, III; and his siblings, Leroy "Fats" Mooney, Nancy Schettig (Robert) of Franklin, PA, Shirley Campbell, Maryann O'Shea (Tim) and Donna Custer (Brad). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
