He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Baker Tanner; his children, Mary Ellen Dulaney (Thomas) of Waynesburg, PA, Tyler Tanner (Bethany) of Waynesburg, PA, Cody Tanner of Ruff Creek, PA and Karlissa Hoover of West Hickory, PA; his grandchildren, Willie Smith, Jackson Dulaney, Kathryn Dulaney, Logan Tanner, Lucas Tanner, Levi Tanner and Harper Tanner; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Smith, Charleigh Smith and Timothy Smith; and his sister Linda Taylor of Oak Forest, PA..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. (197 N Maiden St, Waynesburg, PA 15370). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
