He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bentz and Elizabeth Manko Bentz; and his wife Betty Lou Gusic Bentz. He is survived by: his son Robert J. Bentz, Jr. (Candice) of Prosperity; his stepdaughter Debbie Gusic of Claysville; his sister Lois Gazvoda of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Bobby Bentz (Kayla), Chase Bentz, Josh Deyell (Ashleigh), Cody Deyell (Ashley), Janeen Pastva and Danyelle Melthratte; his great grandchildren, Lilah, Maizie, Nash, Charlee, Quinn, Julia, Sydney and Olivia; his stepdaughter Sheila K. Miller; and his siblings, Al Bentz, Martha Kanish, Agnes Randolph, Margie Zalaznik and Betty Mirisciotta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
