It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia L. Hanna Onopiuk of Prosperity, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hanna and Thelma A. Harshman Hanna; and her siblings, Delores Tarr, William Hanna, Edward Hanna, Cheryl Coates and Gerald "Jack" Hanna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Noel of Houston and Pamela D. Smith (Charlie) of Prosperity; her grandchildren, Jamie Renschler (Stephen), Dylan James Dietrich (Mikayla), Terry Donahoe and Tyler L. Smith; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Emilee Renschler and Lucy Donahoe; and her brothers, Richard Hanna (Evelyn) of Washington and Robert Hanna (Trudy) of Washington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
