Mehaffey; her children, Teri Kwiatkowski of Washington, Luke Kwiatkowski, Michael Mehaffey (Melissa) of West Mifflin and Thomas J. Mehaffey (Rosann) of Washington; her siblings, Ruben D'Hoedt (Katrina), Celia Fischli (Gottlieb) of Uniontown, Christina Barr (William), Perla Brown and Blanca Erickson (John); her grandchildren, Ethan, Elijah, Evan Conklin, Elliott, Emma Pettit and Layla Mehaffey; and her siblings, Alberto D'Hoedt and Graciella D'Hoedt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
