He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vivian Herman, Carl and Elva Hainley; his great-grandparent Hugo Oksala; and his uncles, Dale Herman and Richard Herman.
He is survived by: his parents, Carl Hainley and Donna Oksala Hainley of Aliquippa; his wife Cinnamon Ann Claypoole Hainley; his children, Steele Hainley, Justin Hainley (Megan) of Cincinnati, OH and Dakoda Hainley (Samantha) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Spencer, Hailey and Noah; his sister Vicki Simon (Steve) of Scottsdale, PA; his parents-in-law, Leroy Claypoole of East Brady and Patricia Claypoole (James Wagner) of Karns City; his friend Walter Breidenstein of Prospect; and his pets, Corky and Bandit.
