He is survived by: his parents, Brian Campbell and Judith Hill Campbell of Butler; his brothers, Kenneth Campbell (Julie) of Chicora, Joshua Barnhart (Kaitlin) of Butler and Brian Campbell, Jr. of Butler; his nephews, James Campbell, Owen Campbell and Sebastian Azimihashemi; his grandmother Carol Hill; his mother-in-law Judy Oliman; and his brother-in-law Kamran Azimihashemi (Bernice).
