He was predeceased by: his brother Brendan P. Biggins; and his brother-in-law Adam L. Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Biggins (Brooks); his children, Madelyn, Annie and Elias; his parents, Nancy Antonino and Brian Biggins (Debra); his brother Rory Biggins; his stepsister Hannah Palmer (Jeremy); and his parents-in-law, Larry and Rachel Brooks. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Prospect Boys and Girls Club, 7190 Country Club Rd., Butler, PA 16001.
