We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2024, at the age of 82, Merle K. Kretzer of Prospect, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Kretzer and Catherine Criswell Kretzer; his daughter Maura Kretzer; his grandchild Ashtin; and his great grandchild Archer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Baumgartel Kretzer; his children, Mark Kretzer (Cheryl) of Saxonburg, Matthew Kretzer (Heather) of Butler and Melissa Wolf (Robert) of Butler; his grandchildren, Casey, Collin, Hayden, Jesse, Landon, Gregory, Anna (Tony) and Robert; his sister Karen Peterman (John) of Mars; and his sisters-in-law, Alesia Scheffel (James) of Washington, PA and Zeme Joa (Nils) of Harmony. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. (238 Crowe Ave, Mars, PA 16046). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mars Cemetery (6182 Brown Rd, Butler, PA 16002).
