He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Galcik and Ann Dubac; and his brothers, Tony and Frank Galcik. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Galcik; his children, Larry Galcik, Jr. (Christie) of Prospect, Bonnie Sciurba (Frank) of Cranberry Twp and Michele Welter (Terry) of Meridian; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Brody, Brett, Zachary, Sara, Joseph, Joshua, Jordan, Taylor and Coleton.

Memorial donations may be made in his honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
