He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. O'Neill and Walburga Neff O'Neill; and his sister Elaine O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Marion Kudika O'Neill; his son Michael O'Neill (Kelly) of Belleville, IL; and his grandchildren, Kendall, Riley, Griffin and Connor O'Neill. He is also survived by five siblings.
