She is survived by: her parent Hazel Pearl Wilhelm Gearhart; her spouses, Ronald Dean Smith and August; and her brothers, Albert Gearhart (Shirley) of Cherry Run and Dale Gearhart (Evelyn) of Cherry Run. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
