He was predeceased by: his parents, William Noland and Joan T. Goetz Noland; and his sisters, Viola Bonnel and Mary Fessler. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Noland; and his siblings, Agnes Dunn (Jerry), William Noland (Cindy), Frank Noland and Anna Mae Ortiz (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
