She is survived by: her children, Shawn Crusan of Butler, Caitlyn Heckathorn of Prospect and Troy Crusan (Chris) of New Castle; her grandchildren, Hunter Heckathorn and Rylee Heckathorn; her aunts, Eleanor Magill of Butler and Barb Yaklich (Lou) of Prospect; and her cousins, John and Judy Osborne of Prospect.
