We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2018, at the age of 64, Colleen Milligan (Prospect, Pennsylvania), born in Butler, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Bryan of Prospect and Marion Bryan of Prospect. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jax Milligan of Westminister, CO and Elsie Jo Miller of Springfield; her son Bryce Milligan of Chama; her husband Ray Milligan; her children, Sam Milligan of Chama and Sally Milligan; her son-in-law Bart Bowe of Springfield; her son Robert Milligan of Parsons Kansas; and her siblings, Bill Bryan (Sandy) of Houston, Barry Bryan (Diane) of Pennsylvania and Janis Inman (David) of California.

Colleen never turned down a donation or contribution to any group in the Chama Valley.
