He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles T. Moore Jr. and Mary E. Moore; his wife Sara Kay Moore; his brother C. Theodore Moore; and his sons, Ralph Moore, Jr. (Deborah), Steven Moore, Sr. (Joanne) and Theodore Moore (Judith). He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
