He was predeceased by: his father Bernard O'Neill; his father-in-law James Kimpel; his siblings, Danny O'Neill and Lori O'Neill; and his son-in-law Chuck Stockett IV.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Neill (Patty); his children, Jennifer Kimble, Tommy Kimble, Linda Stockett and Leah Hartzel; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kyla, Tyler, Austin, Brandon, Brian, Joseph, Paige, Audrina, Catie and Jaxson; his mother Delores O'Neill; and his siblings, John (Linda), Franny, Joseph, Patrick, Stevie (Jason), Renee Bradley (Turk), Peggy, Kitty and Suzie Johnston (Butch). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
