He was predeceased by: his parents, John Farrar and Frances Farrar; and his sisters, Jill Maurer and Ginger Gieder. He is survived by: his sons, John Farrar (Judy) and Adam Farrar; his grandchildren, Nathan, Adrianna, Twayla, Mikey, Carlyana, Biskit, Gabe, Jacob and Phoenix; and his great grandchild Mason.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Jack's honor to the American Diabetes Association.
