Cepis (Prospect Park, Pennsylvania), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Blizzard and Elizabeth Himelright Blizzard; her husband John Cepis; and her sibling John "Jack" Blizzard. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Kane (Harry), Martha Yates (Steven), Marian Devlin (Joseph), Michael Cepis, Mary Locklear (Thomas), Catherine Mink (Donald), Julia Woodward (Chris), John Cepis (Jane), Loretta Cepis, Harry Cepis (Faith), Thomas Cepis, Andrew Cepis (Regina) and Elizabeth Cepis (Paulie). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
