Charles G. Crooks Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crooks and Patricia Crooks. He is survived by: his sister Marie Moffit (George); his niece Jennifer Moffit; his nephew Christopher Moffit (Brook); and his great-niece Kaylyn Moffit.
