He is survived by: his children, Julie, Regina, Chad Jr. (Bella), Julianna (Juliana), Jaden and Gracie; his siblings, Shawn (Gail), Missy, Kim (Bill), Shae (Craig), Temple, Dina and Vicki (Dave); and his stepmother Pam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, loving cousins; and countless life-long friends.
