Collins of Prospect Park, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Dan Collins (Carol), Maria Capelli (Joe) and Julie Formica; her grandchildren, Nick Capelli, Brianna Collins and Amanda Formica; and her sisters, Mickey Peters and Rita Venini. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
