She is survived by: her children, Dan Collins (Carol), Maria Capelli (Joe) and Julie Formica; her grandchildren, Nick Capelli, Brianna Collins and Amanda Formica; and her sisters, Mickey Peters and Rita Venini. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
