Stolarik and Katelyn Marie Swartz of Thompson, PA; her grandparents, Jennifer Swartz of Thompson, PA, Samantha Stolarik of Prompton, PA and Stephen Stolarik, Sr. of Carbondale, PA; her great-grandparents, Sue Burnham of Florida and Gerald Savage of Carbondale, PA; and her great-great-grandparent Ida Lewis of Hallstead, PA. She is also survived by two uncles; one aunt; several great aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.
