He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Buddy and Uba Manila Turner; his children, George Turner and Sheri Turner; and his siblings, Ray, Jim, Eileen and Uba.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Turkali Turner; and his nieces and nephews, Philip Huber, Susan Ecklof, Heidi Buesink, Arthur Turner, Manila Ann Shutman, Buddy Dale and Debby Leeper.
